Estate Agents Thurrock

Temme English are delighted to announce the opening of our 5th Essex office. Located in Thurrock, the office services Thurrock itself, as well as Linford, East and West Tilbury, Corringham, Fobbing and all other surrounding areas.

Temme English has grown from strength to strength over recent years and we are delighted to extend our reach even further into south Essex. Our Thurrock branch sits alongside our other offices based in Basildon, Wickford, Maldon and Colchester to ensure total Essex coverage for all of our vendors and landlords.

To celebrate the launch of the new office, we are also offering a £100 Amazon gift voucher to anyone who sells with us. There are no strings attached, simply instruct our new Thurrock office to sell your property, and you will receive a £100 Amazon gift card!

The market itself is still extremely busy with demand outstripping supply in both our sales and lettings divisions, so there has rarely been a better time to sell or let your property.

If you’d you like to find out more, or take advantage of our free, no obligation valuation service, please simply click the button below, or call our Thurrock office on 01375 808788.

Meet the team

Daniel is the Branch Panager of our Stanford le Hope office and is the smiliest employee we have. Daniel has been in Estate Agency for well over a decade and has worked in Thurrock all his career. Most of Daniel’s business comes from recommendations, with service being of paramount importance to Daniel. Daniel supports Newcastle United, and away from work, Daniel enjoys spending time with family.

Darren started in Estate Agency at 17 and quickly proved himself. Darren has since developed extensive knowledge of Thurrock and surrounding areas. With over seven years’ experience in Estate Agency, he has been successful in every role involved in the job. Darren loves valuing property and finding the right buyer.

Alisha is the Lettings Manager and shining star within our Lettings & Property Management Department. Always happy and full of energy with a wealth of knowledge and advice, she loves to share.

Alisha started her career in Estate Agency when she was only 16, so she has already dedicated eight years doing what she does best and loves to do! In her spare time, Alisha is a real family person. Being one of five girls, she spends much of her spare time with her lovely family, but if she’s out with friends, she will usually be found ‘brunching’ and most likely with a glass of Prosecco in hand!

Carl became an estate agent in 1995. Carl & Steve English first worked with each other for a firm called Quirk Deakin in early 2000 and have always wanted to open a branch in Stanford le Hope covering the whole of Thurrock.

Carl Temme (MNAEA) (MARLA)

Steve and Carl worked together from the millennium before forming Temme English in 2010. Working in Stanford le Hope then was also one of Steve’s most enjoyable areas.

About Thurrock

Thurrock is surrounded by countryside and the shores of the Thames. The 800-year-old church, shops, pubs, and restaurants in the centre, all contribute to a village feel here. Recent times has seen the development of state-of-the-art London Gateway Port.
This location is a good option for a daily commute into the City. If you like the idea of shopping locally, Stanford has got a good range to make the most of, and if you like the occasional dedicated shopping trip, the Lakeside Shopping Centre at West Thurrock, Grays, is not going to disappoint you. It’s one of the largest shopping centres in a single location in Europe! It’s got competition though – on the other side of the Thames at Greenhithe – where you can have a change of shopping scenery at the Bluewater Shopping Centre.
Stanford is tucked to the side of the A13, one of Essex’s major routes into London via Dagenham or for the M25. In the other direction it takes you to Basildon and towards Southend-on-Sea. Stanford Train station is on a loop line of the London, Tilbury, and Southend line, with trains to London Fenchurch Street taking around an hour, and to City Airport taking about an hour-and-a-quarter. There’s a bus connection from Stanford to City Airport too, via Basildon. If you need to head north, the A130 from South Benfleet takes you up to Chelmsford and elsewhere in the county.

There’s a wide choice of primary schools here, as well as in adjoining Corringham and at Horndon-on-the-Hill. For secondary education, your youngsters can go to St Clere’s School or the Ortu Hassenbrook Academy.
