We will also ask you of your preference in respect to how we discuss the marketing and valuation figure. Whether by face to face at 3 meter distance or over the phone, or even by video call. We can even offer virtual valuations. When it comes to the marketing, we will be vigilant and protective over your safety. Over the past few weeks we have invested heavily in certain software. This includes 360 degree photos and video technology. We have cooperate drone permission for those homes that will benefit from aerial footage. This idea is to reduce unnecessary traffic and therefore reduce any risk of spreading Covid-19 to your home. We will insist buyers have seen the footage before a physical viewing is undertaken and ask the right questions to qualify their requirements. We will also advise you of the best way to conduct viewings and provide you with PPE should this be required.
